Mini Crystal Cam - Push Camera

Inuktun's newly developed Mini Crystal Cam - Push Camera is daring to go where no other camera has gone before.

At just 0.875 inches (23 millimeters) in diameter, the Mini Crystal Cam - Push Camera, based on Inuktun's popular steel-shelled Crystal Cam - Push System, will fit in to pipes as small as 1.4 inches (34 millimeters) in diameter.
With the first units being shipped out this week, customers will now have access to those tight, hardto-get-to sections of pipe with ease, and with picture clarity surpassed by no other.

"The target market is mainly commercial plumbing contractors," said Yvonne den Otter, Inuktun's senior engineer. "Plumbing inspection in commercial and residential buildings, specifically targeted is the industrial sewer P-trap, industrial sink P-trap, small pipes and short runs."
Inuktun even had their customers' customers in mind when developing the Mini Crystal Cam - Push Camera. The tether is contained in a tray that captures liquid and debris brought up on the cable, effectively reducing the mess on a client's floor.

Den Otter added that the new system has been designed to be much smaller and lighter, which will help on-site set-up and accessibility. The controller is securely attached to the reel, allowing minimal setup at each job visit, yet it can be easily transferred between two mounting positions on the frame or detached completely for access to tight spaces. "The Mini Crystal Cam - Push Camera can go through tighter bends and corners," said den Otter.

Other potential applications include lateral pipe inspections, mainline pipe inspections up to 150 feet (45 meters), and manhole safety inspections.

The Mini Crystal cam - Push Camera's dimension's are 19.5"x 15.5" x 8.252" (or 19.5" x 15.5" x 13.5"with controller on top), compared to the Crystal Cam - Push System, which measures 33" x 28.75" x 16.75" plus the controller.
Like its predecessors, the Mini Crystal Cam - Push Camera is as durable as it is unique. Combining an external stainless steel housing and internal potted electronics, and with a depth rating of 3,300 feet (1,000 meters), the camera is ideal for working in extreme conditions.
